Application Gua Sha:
- Cleanse body or face
- Apply cream or serum to the body/face
- Start at the forehead and always move outwards from the middle of the face to the hairline
- Then draw the cheeks starting from the folds of the nose up to the ear
- Then the chin and cheek area from the middle up to the ear to counteract tension
- Massage the neck from bottom to top towards the jaw
- Finally, wash the Gua Sha under running water and let it dry
Gua Sha is also used for neck and shoulder tension. Apply an oil or cream and massage along the neck. It is also suitable for cellulite in various areas of the body (legs, buttocks, arms...).
